How to set a  filter boxes above columns on workspace.
like in a native table list view like below.

Yes mate, that is only option left now.

That's Specific to only SOW, but it's not configurable for other or custom workspaces @Nikhil Kumar

To achieve that filter boxes above columns on workspace, use "List Page template" for list configuration which is latest template
