Hi, I need some help. I'm making some changes in a Workspace, and the issue is that when I open one of the cards (For exemple my open requests) using my user account, a specific list of fields is displayed (which is the correct one in this case).
However, when I impersonate the user Ruth, the fields in the list are different.
I'd like to know how I can make this change so that all users see the same columns when opening each card.

-> Navigate to the table behind "My Open Requests" (likely sc_request, sc_task, or similar).
-> Search for the list layout using:
Table: your target table (sc_request, etc.)
View: the Workspace view (e.g., Workspace, sp, or Agent Workspace)
-> Open the correct List Layout record and:
Set the desired fields in the List layout.
Check if the view is set as Default View.
-> Save the layout
Note: This becomes the default for all users unless overridden by personal settings.
or you can Follow.
While impersonating Ruth, open the list (e.g., My Open Requests).
Click the Settings (gear icon) on the list.
Check for Personalize List Layout or click the three-dot menu on the list header.
Click Reset to Default.
This clears her custom list view and reverts to the default layout set by admins.
Note: you're using Workspace Experience with Configurable Workspaces, list views may be defined inside UI Builder using List components or List Templates — you’ll want to check the page configuration in UI Builder too.
Field visibility might also depend on user roles, form/view-level ACLs, or View Rules (in Workspaces).
Please Mark : Correct if this solves your query and also mark: Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
