How to set a filter boxes above columns on workspace.
like in a native table list view like below.

To achieve that filter boxes above columns on workspace, use "List Page template" for list configuration which is latest template

In Yokohama release, Workspace user interface has changed.
You can do a column search like native ui.

my Firm intsance is in Yokohoma version only but not showing like this for All workspaces except SOW , do we need to do anything to achieve that?

It looks like it's part of a developer toolkit or from SN Utils, but it's not available out of the box (OOTB).
