Hi @Gemma4
Yes, you can customize the landing page but the method can vary depending on whether you’re using the Service Portal or Agent Workspace.
Service Portal:
Go to Service Portal > Pages; Find the page you want to edit (e.g., the landing page). You can add widgets by dragging them from the widget picker on the right side of the page. You can create custom widgets if the existing ones don’t meet your needs. If you want to include a dashboard, you can use the Dashboard widget to display the desired dashboard on the landing page.
Agent workspace:
Go to Agent Workspace. In the Agent Workspace, you can modify the layout and add widgets through the configuration options available in the workspace. Similar to Service Portal, you can create custom widgets that suit your specific needs and add them to the workspace. Ensure that users have the appropriate roles to see the new widgets or dashboards you've added.
i hope my answer helps you to resolve your issue, if yes please mark my answer helpful and correct.
thank you
rajesh

The Service Operations Workspace homepage is unique in the way that you work with it to add or remove data visualization components to its landing page, but it's well documented here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-it-service-management/page/product/service-operation...
It involves editing script includes while other workspaces have you edit the page in UI Builder.
