Interactions ticket in SOW is stuck on loading

Hi all,

 

 

I have a UI Formatter created for Interactions so it's shows copy of all variables inputted by user. The UI Macro it's using is com_glideapp_questionset_default_question_editor. 

 

The variables show up within the Classic view, however when I try to load the same ticket in SOW, the page just keeps loading. Any suggestions on where I should investigate what's causing this to occur in SOW? The UI Formatter works just fine with Incident (both Classic view and SOW).

 

Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!

Jelly-based artifacts like ui macros, ui pages, and formatters should not render in a workspace. Could you provide more info with some screenshots?

Thanks for taking a look and responding.

 

 So we have an incident record producer that when submitted by the user, the variables will show on the ticket in both Classic and SOW views.

I'm using the same formatter macro (com_glideapp_questionset_default_question_editor) used for the incident within the interactions form. The variables appear in the classic view.

However when I try viewing the same ticket within SOW view, the page is stuck on loading forever.

Hope this helps clarify my issue more.
