Agent workspace list restriction for specific role users

Hi,

We want to create custom workspace without using App Engine Studio. So we found one option i.e., UI Builder. But It's a lot of work to implement everything and we need a workspace which is similar to Agent workspace. So can I restrict existing agent workspace list for particular role users ? 

We don't need above list information. instead we want to show our scoped table list menu.

If possible please let us know the method so that we will use default Agent workspace instead creating custom workspace.

If you are not using the  app engine studio, then you have to create all the component via configuration from UI Builder. Also the list cannot be change as per user role.

For this you can explore CSM configurable workspace and also this can be duplicate via -UI builder.

Thank you for the reply. We don't have CSM workspace in system.

Do you have complete steps to create workspace in UI Builder ?

Please try to use the 'Agent Workspace Guided Setup' so you can configure all the required things in guided manner.

Hi @Community Alums 

We have used OOB Agent workspace and by using ACL we have restricted list menu and created custom list
