Agent Workspace Simple List

Hi All,

I need help with Agent Workspace.

I have created a new experience, but I am not able to link it to the list if someone clicks on the components.

I need to set up the event handles to open the simple list of records with the current filters which comes under app routes, but I see only the option of Pages.

Did you create this experience from scratch? If so, have you created a list page yet to link to?

Just as an FYI, we recommend starting from one of our 20+ OOB workspaces by default rather than creating your own.

I don't think we have any training or guidance on building from scratch. If you haven't already, I would run through the UI Builder fundamentals course. You likely need to create a new list page from the template and then link to it.

Another option, depending on your time card use case, would be to use the OOB project workspace or strategic planning workspace and build out your desired time card functionality inside them if it's not already there.

Hi Brad,

Thanks for the quick response, will work on this.

I am unable to find an experience for Time Card, so I am trying to create a custom solution.

Hi Brad,

I am unable to link a list page.

Could you please guide me to the correct docs or any training for building an experience from scratch.
