need to hide the Details tab from the HR Agent Workspace

I’m trying to hide the Details tab from the HR Agent Workspace. I created a View Rule, but it didn’t work as expected.

Could you please advise the correct approach or configuration to hide this tab for HR Agent Workspace users?

Tabs act like sections on the form and also help in hiding details. The Details tab is a good use case because it contains a lot of information that helps an HR or HR agent understand the case better, so it should not be removed.

Instead, open the HR case in the native view, change the workspace view, then go to the form layout and try removing the tab from there.

The business requirement is to hide the Details tab only for a specific table in HR Agent Workspace, not globally.

Hi mate,

This is still not recommended, as the Details tab contains a lot of information. Please inform the customer that this is not a good use case.

The "Details" tab is the main tab which holds all the form fields, sections etc and holds the HR Case details

If you hide then how will agent work on HR Case?

I will recommend not to hide and inform customer about this
