Hello,
I would like to restrict non admin users seeing the Workspace menu in the Next Experience UI. I navigated to Now Expereicen Framework > Unified Navigation Configuration, I cannot add role to the "Visible Roles" field even I am an admin.
Then I changed the security rules and checked admin override, and now I can add to Visible Roles, but it won't let me save, it keeps showing "Record for menu "Workspaces" already exists"
I want the Workspace menu in the Next Experience UI only show for admin.
Could you anyone help?
Thanks,

That menu goes away for the user if they don't have access to a workspace. If you want to lock down that menu you'll need to restrict access to all of the installed workspaces through ACLs. The OOB workspaces should all have ux_route ACLs you can restrict.

Hi @Waffle ,
Unfortunately, you won't be able to edit this record as it's restricted from ServiceNow end.
You can edit/update those which you are creating as "New" record.
See below, i have cerated a new record with Name " Workspace" and i can edit the fields including "Visible role":
