Configure CSM/FSM configurable workspace contextual sidebar actions

I added the Record Information in the contextual sidebar using one of the options i have in the UX Screens table but it shows that the component is empty and needs to be configured so i didn't get from where can i configure the data without using the UI Builder. Anyone can help please!

Hi @OmniaM ,

It's controlled from "sys_aw_form_header" table Or Form Header .

You can Navigate from Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Form Header:

Click on New to create your required Record Information.

Thank you very much it works for me also using ribbon configuration but i faced the same issue with the Email Template as i created the record in the UX App route in the Email Template UX Screen but it appears empty so when i clicked on the icon nothing happen so can you help me on this !! @Community Alums
