Counts in the landing page of the CSM/FSM Configurable space do not work

Hello,

we have noticed that counts on the important items section in the landing page of the CSM/FSM Configurable space do not work.

For example, the landing page looks like this:

And if we click the case tasks count, actually there is one record. So, even if the count in the landing page is zero, there is one record.

Btw this is the OOTB variant, and we haven't modified anything.

The instance is in zurich.

Something is wrong. Could you please help me how to troubleshoot this?

Looks like a platform bug.

If it would have worked for admin then I would have thought as access issue for non-admins

Better raise a case with ServiceNow if this still happens after repairing/updating the CSM Workspace plugin

Looks like a platform bug.
