Hello ServiceNow Community,
Our company just cloned our non-prod environments and our CSM/FSM workspace in TEST is broken. Our instance is on Tokyo patch 7b.
All of our workspaces are working fine except CSM/FSM workspace which is missing the List view on the left side and header on top. I am currently logged in as security admin and still missing Configure workspace option. (Please see attached image)
I have verified all the configs we have on our DEV and it is exactly the same as TEST. Not sure what went wrong, can someone please help out with the solution as there is no community post discussing this?
Thank you in advance.

I would compare the ux page property records related to your experience in dev/test/prod to see if there are any differences. If not, I'd open a support case.

Hey @Brad Tilton,
Thank you for your response. Yes, I can confirm all the configs for DEV/PROD is exactly the same as TEST.
We will be opening the case with support by EOD today if we are unable to fix it. This post is in the hope to have a solution from the community if anyone else experienced the same issue.
Thanks again for your response.
