Dashboards are not opening after promoting and installing custom workspace in other instance

Same issue here..dashboards not loading after installing the app.

Same issue here, have tried making some changes to the dashboard and promoting again, no luck.
Will try to create another dashboard and upload to see if that works.

Hello,
I solved it by doing the following:
- Manually uploaded the records from the table "par_dashboard_user_metadata" to the target instance. This was suggested by HI support. This did not fixed the issue fully, but at least I was able to see the reports on the target instances with the admin user that created the dashboards, but not with the rest of the users.
- I shared the dashboards with the indented audiences on the target environment
