How can I can see email logs when requesting a notification translation?

Hello experts,

 

Have anyone of you tried the static notification translation feature of Tokyo release? I have followed the documentation and according to one of the response that we got from HI-support regarding this topic is that, an email log would be sent to us if the translation of the notification is done. But even if I am able to create a translation for my notification, the logs did not appear on my system logs.

I am expecting that this type of email log would appear after the notification is translated but it didn't appear

Did I miss something on my localization settings record or any properties?

Do note that I am only trying first the static notification translation

I already found the solution to this. When a translation for a notification is done, there is a need to make sure that the receiver's preferred language aligned with the language the notification is translated into and that the notification is not sent immediately. Unless both of the conditions is met, the send-translation-ready log type won't appear

Hi,

My preferred language is set to German and the translated notification language is also set in german, but still the notification is sent in english and the type is "send-translation-ready".

Can you please help me in resolving this issue?
