Provider notification next experience content translation

Hi.

 

For a provider notification, how can I translate the content for a next experience (bell) notification?

Once you select the bell icon, navigate to Language &Region and from language slect the required language :

I switched to the required language and udpated the heading and the message fields of the notification content with the translations, but when I switched back the language the English values were ovrewritten.

 

Does it not work like translating application modules? Did I misunderstood your instructions?

I have the same question.

How can I translate "Next Experience Content" (sys_notification_next_experience_content) based on the preferred language of the person who receives the notification ?

Any suggestions ?

Hi, I ended up creating the notifications via script, following the example in this KB Article ("Solution 2 (Setup Notifications Using a Business Rule)"). In the script I used messages saved in the sys_ui_message table.
