How do workspace work? Do we have to configure?

Hi,

 

How do workspaces work? How to configure them?

 

If as an Admin I configure it. Is it visible to every user who uses ServiceNow?

 

CMDB Workspace, Portfolio workspace, Resource Management workspace is activated in our instance. Any videos that would help me will be great.

Workspace visibility depends on the role the user has.
