How to add new colums in the list view of csm/workspace for case

Hi Team,

 

How to add new columns in the list view of csm/workspace for case view. 

For SLA's I want to add business elapsed time and business time left for all users. I want to remove actual elapsed time and actual time left.

 

I have tried but it is working for me only, not for all users in workspace view

Are you referring to a related list? Any screenshot is possible.

are you sure you configured the correct related list and the correct view?

The view which gets rendered for workspace is Workspace view

Did you verify that?
