how to apply same filter that is displayed in the modal when clicking on search icon(type reference)

I want to use this filter (highlighted in red) that comes with the modal as a Preset Record viewport modal into my custom modal, but I don't know how to implement it.

where is the filter here which you have highlighted. Didn't get the question exactly.

In any reference field there is an icon search that display a modal by default
like in this attachment

did you check the reference qualifier on that reference field?

Ya so on click of that icon, this modal opens where you can select the record that you want to. so whats next that you want to achieve.
