I found the solution by myself
1. If system property glide.ui.polaris.theme_builder.override_logo = false, the image from core_company is used
2. If system property glide.ui.polaris.theme_builder.override_logo = true, the image from core_company is not used
Make glide.ui.polaris.theme_builder.override_logo = false and upload the image on the My company system properties . logo will be visible.

You can create a new theme and set it as the default to change the color. For the logo, go to the UI16 Properties.”
