How to Configure Header tab in fulfiller view ?

It Only Show Performance Analytic workspace   im not able figure out how to add other workspaces  drop downs, i have added other role , audience and M2M compatibility  ,and when i use link  it show " you have no access to this page

So User might not have access to other workspaces otherwise it would have come there. Please check the ux_route acls.
