how to get overview tab like in below snapshot in our workspace.

It is available OOB. If you want to add it in custom workspace, you can look up its configuration in UI Builder and replicate for your workspace.

I can see that the screenshot is from a PDI, and in Workspace, it’s available out of the box. What exactly are you trying to do or achieve?
