How to select specified group for "is one of" condition?

I sometimes seen this configuration for condition, wherein the selected condition is not including the one in the middle.
Do you know how is it done?

Hi @Rain Vaine isoneof conditions are visible only for choice fields, for reference type fields they wont be visible, you need to use OR condition
