I can not update CSM Configurable workspace to Yokohama in PDI

I'm just updating my PDI to Yokohama, but CSM Configurable Workspace is not able to be updated.

 

Here is CSM Configurable Workspace version.

-Version:24.4.10(Installed)

-Version:25.0.9(latest)

alert message: Install all dependent applications before installing the application.

 

Customer Central is marked as a red icon.

 

Does anyone have a resolution?

It seems this issue is happened with not only PDI but also development instance.
