I’m not able to submit a catalog item request in Workspace

I’m not able to submit a catalog item request in Workspace. When I click the Submit button on the catalog item request page, nothing happens and the page stays the same. Does anyone know what might be missing or causing this? I’m using the OOB Catalog Item component.

Hi @SN Emy 

For you catalog , either in Onsubmit , some validation has been set OR some user criteria ( available for/not available for)  where it could be the case it is validating your role.

 

Please check that. Also check , if it is throwing any error in Browser console.

is it not getting submitted all the time for all users or only for some users?

how is the agent opening that? share some screenshots.

Do you have some custom button to open that?

could you possibly share a screenshot? Catalog items are usually submitted from Portal and not Workspace... please explain in more details what happened and what did you expect instead
