I’m not able to submit a catalog item request in Workspace

I’m not able to submit a catalog item request in Workspace. When I click the Submit button on the catalog item request page, nothing happens and the page stays the same. Does anyone know what might be missing or causing this? I’m using the OOB Catalog Item component.

Did you get a resolution for this? These last few weeks we've had issues with new pages using catalog components that work on older pages but newer pages created using the same configurations seem to just hang.

Yes, it is a known bug in Zurich
