It's possible to enable personal filter on reference field?

Hello community,
It's possible to enable personal filters for reference fields in Service Operations Workspace.
In the classic view, they're available by default.
But I haven't seen a way to configure them in the SOW to restore the functionality.

No mate, it's not possible, or I can say it’s a limitation of SOW. The reason is that in SOW, the page opens as a popup with some background logic, whereas in the class view, it opens directly with the table, and that's why the reason is showing with the filter as well. You might want to log a case with the Now support team for this.
