Since ServiceNow is changing their licensing model names, from Pro to Advanced etc... Some new features are coming with it.
I myself, am working in an environment with it. And while exploring the new AI capabilities in the Service Operations Workspace, I noticed the whole contextual sidebar on the right hand side, has been removed?
Now, ServiceNow themselves hasn't updated any, I mean ANY documentation regarding these changes it seems. Docs still naming the suites as Pro/Pro Plus, even on the Brazil versions.
I'm now trying to figure out, where are the Playbooks? Where is Agent Assist? And how do we configure or customize the AI summarization? I've reviewed the page in UI Builder as well, without any success, it seems as if the contextual sidebar is completely gone with its content?
I'm on Australia patch 5.
Anyone who have started exploring this yet, and have managed to find them?
