KB link on kb_view page in Service operations workspace is a dead link when the option 'Show number link' is toggled ON in UI builder. Clicking on link does not do anything.
Does anyone know how to remove the dead linkage and make it a plain text?
Once that is enabled. you need to configure the event for the same by configuring the event mapping.
Once that toggle is on, I have configured the Link to Destination in the handler under Number link clicked event mapping.
It cant be configured to show as plain text as this is OOB toggle.
