Since we upgraded to Xanadu, sometimes, some users are missing the All, Favorites and History from the top of the banner. I have people normally log out, clear cache/cookies and log back in. This seems to work, but i have noticed, personally, that it comes back as a problem sometimes. Thoughts?

From ServiceNow support:
Disable menu changes introduced in Xanadu:
1. Set both glide.ui.menu_query_optimizations_enabled and glide.ui.use_menu_ids_cache system property to false
2.Set or create glide.cache.disabled.application_cache and glide.cache.disabled.module_cache system property to true
3. Clear instance cache (cache.do)
Currently, this issue is targeted to be fixed in Xanadu Patch 3, which is released on 2024-11-07 . I would recommend reverting these changes once the patch is released, after upgrading one of your subprod instances to this version.

1.go to developer.servicenow.com
2.Login into your account
3.click your profile and select "change user role"
4.choose Admin and press the button
That is it.
