Hi team,
I am not able to see the OOB active check box on the core_company table in my Personal PDI but I have the same check box in my company instance. Why is this happening ? could someone please help me to understand?

@Gowtham29 Looks like this field was either created by ServiceNow support or it was a part of the release initially and might have been removed later on by ServiceNow in the latest releases.

@Sandeep Rajput Surprised!! If they have removed, why this is visible on our instance? the screenshot that I have posted earlier was from the PDI instance only, but my team members will use it for doing POC kind of stuff

Hi @Gowtham29
The active field doesn't come OOTB with standard installation. I checked my PDI and my organization instances. I doubt It will come with other packages.

As per my understanding, some suits/modules of ServiceNow do add Active attribute on core_company level. CSM is adding it as far as I know.
You might be using CSM or other suits/modules which are adding this attribute. If you install those modules on your PDI you should be able to figure this out.
