Navigation Menus in "three dots"

Does anyone knows why sometimes navigation menus shows in three dots?

@Joatan Fontoura the three dots appear in regards to your viewport/screen size. For example, most responsive sites will collapse the header menu into a hamburger or navigation icon on smaller screens such as tablets and mobile devices. Can you share more information on the size of your window? When I have my instance fully expanded, I can see most menus (depending on how many I have) and when I resize the window to a smaller viewport size, the menus collapse until eventually I have the three dots on the smallest viewport size.

Sure. Thanks for your answer and sorry for my delay to reply you.

So, my screen size is always the same (1920x1080). Sometime I just change the zoom of my browser. Maybe that's the point. But anyway, it's a good explanation for this behavior. I was just curious.
