Next experience change navigation menu icon color

Hi,

All snow wizards out there!

we are planning to turn on Next experience and building custom themes. Need some help to identify the property to change this icon color

1st thing, it is not SNOW, it is ServiceNow or SN. 

I doubt we can change the color of these icons.
