Hello,
How can we insert a line break to an instruction activity ?
In workflow Studio, I open my playbook, and update the description field from my Instruction activity. Here Line break are present. Once the playbook is displayed, line break are no more displayed.
A workaround would to display a Knowledge article, but I would like to avoid to have Knowledge article for each instruction.

Here is my playbook Instruction activity:
and here is the result when the playbook runs.
Even a "Show Knowledge Article" Activity has the same behaviour and is then not a workaround.
Knowledge article:
Result when displayed in playbook (No line break, no image):

Use
at the end of each instruction and this will add a line break.

Hello anashanifm,
If I remember well, this was tested and does not work.
is then displayed in the playbook.
I finally manage descriptions directly in an instruction activity, but this mean that I cannot delegate content administration.
