problem with variables in Data Visualizations (zurich patch7a)

Hi Everyone,
I’m currently creating an new Data Visializations report from sc_task.

In first step it is possible to add the following:

dirkdp_0-1779975062376.png

dirkdp_1-1779975062376.png

Then I want to add the self created variables (added on the form):

Start date/time; End date/time; Subject of the meeting;

to the report.

Why is it not possible to add the variables as columns to the report?

Thanks in advance for looking at my question.

Greetings

@dirkdp

not possible to add

You can create a database view and then use that in your data visualization

Reporting on Catalog item variables

Hi @dirkdp

Creating a Database View is the best practice for reporting on custom variables, as they store data in a key-value format.

Try this:

Report on Item Variables in the Service Catalog with a Database View
