Service operations workspace is not same for all the users

We did some customizations and plugin installations in the instance but additional plugins and additional list menu configuration are only visible to me and it is not visible for other users.

 

Please let me know if any Role permissions is required or any other configuration is needed?

Hello,

 

Please check if there is any ACL or any specific view is created for any particular roles. If you could provide aome screenshot it would be helpful.

I Could not find ACL for lists and for SOW Access ACL the role is provided to the users but the customization of list view is visible only for me.

How did you customize the list? Are a admin did you customize it using list layout?

 

Go to the sys_ui_list table and check for that table and view is the suer field empty or not?

i have made the changes in sys_ux_list_menu_config and In sys_ui_list there is no list created under service operations workspace Application.
