Service operations workspace is not same for all the users

We did some customizations and plugin installations in the instance but additional plugins and additional list menu configuration are only visible to me and it is not visible for other users.

Please let me know if any Role permissions is required or any other configuration is needed?

If you can see some lists and others can't you likely need to configure the list applicability. Check out this pretty extensive article: https://www.servicenow.com/community/next-experience-articles/configuring-lists-in-configurable-work...

Hi @Saurav11 ,

Follow those steps to have a good knowledge about what you need to know about you plugin:

1.- Open a new broser tab and go to docs.servicenow.com

2.- On the search box, type [Your plugin name] and press Enter.

3.- Scan the list of returned documents and locate the [Your plugin name dashboard] document.

4.- Click the title to view the article.

5.- Read the top part of the article

6.- Locate the topic path for the document, above the title. By reading the topic path you can see the hierarchi of information for the product.

7.- Locate the associated section on the left panel.

8.- On the Products list, click on the [You plugin name Delivery] link.

9.-On the Applications and features list, click on the Case and knowledge Management link.

10.- On the Set up category list, click Activate Case and knowledge Managemente.

11.- Identify the plugin and roles you need to activate the plugin. (Put the role to you users)

The best way is know what the plugin do and need to work properly. You can look the roles in the ServiceNow Store in your instance to indentify the roles you need to.

Hope that help you.
