Service Operations Workspace - UI Actions

Hello,

I am having issues with creating UI actions in SOW. In agent workspace it was much easier.

I'm looking to add a "Create work order" button from an Incident in SOW and am having issues. I'm not sure how to accomplish this.

Any help would be appreciated.
