User seeing incorrect SOW Landing when assigned Admin Role

I'm trying to set up the Service Operations Workspace Landing Pages for the Tier 1 and Tier 2 users. However, I've found that users who have the role of "admin" are seeing the Tier 1 landing page Overview section, not the Tier 2 version. The Audience Inclusion for Tier 1 is set up with the correct groups, and my understanding is that any ITIL user who is NOT in those groups should be tier 2. I am able to see the correct Tier 2 landing page for users who are ITIL, not in the Service Support groups, and are not admin. It is just when the admin role is applied that the user sees Tier 1 when not in the service support group.

I found where this needed to be updated! In the UI Builder> Service Operations Workspace page, I needed to update the Audiences for the Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 landing pages.

I've been tinkering with this but continue to have my admin users get directed to the Tier 1 audience page. I've tried excluding the "Users with 'Admin' Role" audience from "SOW Service Desk Audience" and "SOW Service Desk Audience Granular."

In "SOW Tier 2/3 landing page Audience" I've got the audiences of "ITIL non-admin" and "Users with 'Admin' Role." My account has the admin role and is NOT in the Service Desk group.

Any ideas? Thanks! - Russ

Stumbled across this searching for something else, but my guess here is this: any user with the admin role presents "true" for all roles. Therefore if something says, "has ITIL role" then the account with admin will tick that box.
