User settings menu

I want to customize a workspace and according to the Docs, the first step is to access the Settings menu from my profile image:

But in my case, I don't have a Settings option. This is what I see:

How do I get to the Settings option?

I think that product documentation article is only applicable to the older version of agent workspace that always opened in a separate tab and therefore had its own user menu. With the rise of the so-called configurable workspaces, you need to use the UI builder to customize them. See Setting up your Configurable Workspace for more information.
