In CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace:
We have made a Page Variant of Record Default page and added a new Sub Page to the Contextual side bar.
In the new Sub page we use a Look up Record Data Resource (record: @context.props.sysId) to grab some values from the record shown in the Record Page variant . And we use it to bind data in our components (a list and a stylized text. So nothing complicated).
To preview our work we added a test record (table and record sysid) on the Record Default Page Variant, and in UI Builder everything looks OK, the Sub Page shows the correct information in our components based on the data from our data resource. But in Workspace the Sub Page shows data from a completely different record.
I got the same solution in my PDI where the Sub Page works as intended.
Does anyone know a way to preview your work in a Sub Page to get more reliable information?
Or does anyone know what (maybe obvious) mistake we make when trying to fetch data from the shown record on the Record page?
