We have streamlined the submission process to align the deadlines and milestones for both Knowledge and CreatorCon.
Key Dates:
- Submission deadline: Oct. 24, 2025
- Speaker notifications: Mid-November 2025 & Early-January
- Event dates: May 5-7, 2026, Las Vegas, Nevada
Knowledge 2026:
Ideal submissions include fresh perspectives, proven success stories, and breakthrough ideas that help our community achieve more with ServiceNow. Special attention will be given to AI, AI Agent and CRM customer stories.
Whether you’re a customer, partner, developer, or thought leader, we want to hear from you. Topics may include (but aren’t limited to):
- Customer success stories that showcase how you drive measurable results
- Innovation in action—pushing the boundaries of what’s possible on the ServiceNow AI Platform
- Best practices for digital transformation, workflow automation, and AI
- Technical deep dives and developer-led sessions
- Industry-specific solutions for public sector, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and more
CreatorCon 2026:
- CreatorCon is designed for hands-on practitioners who actively build, optimize, and innovate on the ServiceNow platform. Our primary focus is on developers, admins, and architects.

Thank you so much for the detailed information — it was incredibly helpful. I just wanted to clarify whether the submission will be considered for both CreatorCon and Knowledge 2026, or if I need to submit separately for each.
I’m very interested in participating in both events/sessions and want to make sure I don’t miss any steps in the submission process.
