We're opening a single Call for Speakers across our full 2027 event portfolio. Whether you're selected for Knowledge 2027 happening May 4-6, 2027 in Las Vegas or matched to a 2027 World Forum event or Summit closer to home, this is your one opportunity to put yourself forward for the year.  
Why should I submit my interest?
If you've transformed how your organization works with ServiceNow, navigated a complex implementation, or unlocked something unexpected with AI—your story belongs on one of our stages. 
Who can submit interest?
Every great session starts with a great speaker. Tell us about yourself and the story you'd bring to ServiceNow 2027 events — we'll take it from there. Please note: this is for self-nomination only. You are submitting on your own behalf—nominations on behalf of others will not be accepted. 
How does the process work?

We’re using a two-stage process—so you're not committing to a full submission upfront. 


Stage 1—Expression of Interest (October 1–30, 2026)
Tell us who you are and what you'd bring to the stage. Takes less than 10 minutes. 


Stage 2—Invited Submission
Speakers selected for Knowledge 2027 will be invited to submit a full session proposal by January 5, 2027. 


A few things to know before you apply: 

  • This is self-nomination only: You must submit on your own behalf 
  • We're prioritizing interactive formats: workshops, roundtables, fireside chats, and case studies 
  • Strong submissions lead with the audience takeaway: Attendees are most engaged when there are actionable next steps 
  • Submissions will be considered for Knowledge but you may be matched to a World Forum event or Summit in your region

You will also be asked to submit a video 3-5 Minute Pitch: What’s the story, why would attendees need to hear it, and why are you the best person to deliver it?
