Hi Victor, I wanted to ask you about an MCP server use case I had thought of. You probably know that we have a strong product docs site. The use case is to use Now Assist on the doc pages and have the MCP server as the middle layer between Now Assist and the various sources, such as KB articles, community, and product docs.
My question is: is the use case possible? If yes, how can we proceed? May be, we can try a small example in a sandbox to see how it gos?

Hi @Soumen Purkayas - this is a good use case, but ServiceNow currently does not have an official MCP Server that serves up our KB and docs site.

Hi Victor, in case there isn't an official MCP Server, do you know how this service was set up: https://intexa.ai/?

Hristo
