Add AI Search to Virtual Agent on csm portal

We want to Add AI Search to Virtual Agent on csm portal.
We configured The search source and connected it to the search profile.
We also create the index source.
We also configured it on the AI Search Admin Console -  Now Assist in VA.
On AI Search Preview, When we search the subject of the case we got the correct case.
On VA we got Article that related to the subject but not the case itself
