You can add your Agentic AI or Virtual Agent directly to the Workspace navigation in UI Builder by editing the experience’s navigation menu. Just open your Workspace in UI Builder, go to Navigation → Add Menu Item, and link it to either your AI Agent page or a Virtual Agent chat widget. Once saved, the new item appears in the left-hand menu so that users can quickly access your agent from the workspace interface.

I hope you have the correct release of ServiceNow that supports AI Agents / Agentic AI and the relevant plugins installed. Anyways,
To add Agents (Agentic AI and Virtual Agent) in a ServiceNow Workspace, first ensure the required plugins like Now Assist AI Agents (sn_aia) and Virtual Agent are active, and you have the right roles (e.g., sn_aia.admin). Then, go to AI Agent Studio (All → AI Agent Studio → Overview) to create or configure an AI Agent by defining its name, purpose, and connecting it to flows or tools that define its behavior. Under Define Availability, choose where it should appear, such as the Now Assist panel in a Workspace or the Virtual Agent chat interface. For Workspace integration, enable Now Assist under Workspace admin so the AI Agent appears in the side panel (Agent Assist). For Virtual Agent, configure a topic that invokes your AI Agent so it can respond to user queries.
