What is the plugin required for Agentic AI?

Can we install plugin in PDI? If yes, what are the use cases we can try for ITSM?

We cant get any AI plugin in PDI except Agent Build Trail.

In PDI , Agentic AI is not available.

 Under Liftoff to Knowledge 26  courses, Agentic AI temp instance is given. Utilize that and try with 

Simple use case like -

In prompt- give the story number, with that name (starts with), your agentic AI will  create a update set .

Unfortunately, Agentic AI capabilities are not available in a PDI. However, you can practice them using a ServiceNow University lab instance, where you also get exposure to more real-world implementation scenarios.
