Start with Intro to Agentic AI 

Next complete Agentic AI Executive Micro-Certification Learning Path 

Then Complete All NowAssit course.. concept is same only module different

like "Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Essentials"

Note: under lots of Agentic AI courses , they will provide you temporary instance for learning. Instead of PDI , use that.
