I’m currently working on a use case involving AI Agents, where the goal is to automatically retire Knowledge Articles based on specific conditions. To ensure this is handled effectively and aligns with best practices, I’d appreciate your input on what key criteria should be considered before retiring an article—such as feedback, flag count, low ratings, or content relevance

This use case sounds rather deterministic, and I am not sure if it's a good fit for Agentic AI. You have hard metrics and criteria in the feedback, ratings that it wouldn't really be necessary for the Agentic AI to make that decision.
