Hello Everyone, 

 

I have a question, can we use the external content in AI agent using external content connectors? I have a ECC for confluence and I want to use the contents from this in my AI agent

Not sure about ECC route, but the easiest way would probably be to utilize Confluence as an MCP server, and connect ServiceNow AI agents to it as a client.
