Closed Requests not searchable in My Tickets page in ESC

Im searching the closed request details in the rightside seach bar, but i didn't get the Request details.
could you please provide the solution for this issue.

I could see in my PDI
check My Request filter if someone updated the filter condition

If you enter part of request number you get no results,Try entering Full request number.
